Informit Plus Text databases deliver access to index and abstract data from peer reviewed journals with selective links to thousands of articles in full text. Each Plus Text database is based upon established indexes relating to public affairs, education, law and family studies produced by key content partners including the National Library of Australia, Australian Council for Educational Research, Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, and the Australian Institute of Family Studies.

Indexes provide instant, searchable access to up to forty years of index and abstract data from Australasia’s leading research institutions. Informit Indexes make it easy to locate archived content, ensuring users don’t overlook the important information only available in print and is excluded from full text databases.

Informit Media allows users to search and quickly locate items of interest covered by the Australian broadcast media from 2007 onwards. Content complements research across all subject areas, is updated daily and can be monitored/tracked via email alerts * Please note: Informit Media databases are available only to organisations within Australia.

Informit Backfiles provide cover-to-cover access to past issues of authoritative journals from the Australasian region, making content previously only available in print instantly accessible and searchable online. Backfiles are available for one-off purchase and content is hosted online via Informit. Current content is included as part of Informit Collections.
