It describes the provisions in the Copyright Act for dealing with copyright works and the licences available from the various collecting societies that monitor usage of works in educational institutions (e.g. CAL, VISCOPY).

This edition takes into account the Digital Agenda amendments made to the Copyright Act to deal with increasing use of the Internet as a source of content as well as a delivery mechanism.
