Australian Industrial Relations Database (IREL), produced by the Library of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), is a bibliographic database that indexes and abstracts published and unpublished material on industrial relations and related topics from 1983 - 31 October 2000.

Source documents are Australian monographs, academic and current affairs journals; and less accessible publications, such as newsletters of trade union and employer groups, working papers, reports, annual reports, and conference proceedings.

IREL deals with all aspects of the relationships between trade unions and employer groups, governments and industrial tribunals in Australia, representing the perspectives of both management and workforce. Subject coverage includes industrial conflict, wages and conditions, labour market economics, equal employment opportunity, labour law, occupational health and safety, workplace reform, enterprise bargaining, and trade union restructuring.
