Institutional Subscription

Organisations or institutions are able to purchase Informit databases on a 12 month subscription. Prices are based on the type, size and number of users at an organisation. For pricing and access options contact our Sales Team.

A welcome letter containing set-up and access information will be sent to all customers subscribing to Informit products. In addition, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you with set-up and usage enquiries by phone or email.

Consortia pricing

RMIT Publishing offers tailored pricing for consortia. To request a quote for your consortium contact our Sales Team with details including products of interest, name of consortium, number and type of organisations involved, estimated number of clients/end users.

Australian content offer

Informit Business Collection, Informit Humanities & Social Sciences Collection and Australian Public Affairs – Full Text are now more affordable than ever for Australian libraries thanks to the Electronic Resources Australia (ERA) initiative. Developing Countries Offer (HINARI)

Informit Health Collection is available free of charge or at a very low cost to developing countries via HINARI. The HINARI Programme, set up by World Health Organization together with major publishers, enables developing countries to gain access to one of the world's largest collections of biomedical and health literature. Local, not-for-profit institutions in two groups of countries may register for access to the journals through HINARI.

Pay per View

Informit Pay per View allows libraries and individuals to purchase and download full text articles on demand. Informit Pay per View is available for Informit Collections (for which the index data is freely available). Cost per article download is AU$30.00 GST Ex. Payment method includes Mastercard, Visa card and Bank card.

Subscribers to the following Informit Indexes may also opt to have pay-per-view access available to full text articles: Australian Public Affairs Information Service (APAIS), Australian Education Index (AEI) and Attorney General's Information Service (AGIS).

Subscriptions to individual journals

Informit is predominantly a database service offering access to bundles/collections of titles from a variety of publishers and associations. However, many of the titles included in Informit are not available elsewhere online and as such RMIT Publishing does offer this option to individual subscribers. Print books

If you are from a bookshop or organisation and would like to arrange a trade account with us, please contact Customer Support. Overseas customers please contact Customer Support for shipping costs on multiple copy orders. (Multiple copy orders for overseas customers will be subject to additional shipping costs).

Informit databases: To request a quote, a free trial, or for further information about our licensing options for Informit databases please contact our Sales & Support team. Subscription orders will be invoiced in Australian Dollars. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Bankcard) or by electronic funds transfer.

Print books: RMIT Publishing offers the flexibility to purchase print books online using our secure online shopping cart. RMIT Publishing accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa or Bankcard.
