Welcome to Informit! The Getting started page will help smooth your way in to the Informit interface.
Online support documentation is available.
We have already provided your login details. Please find the instructions for logging in listed below.
Accessing the Informit interface:
Go to: http://search.informit.com.au
Set up your web sites to point directly to this address.
Access by IP Authentication:
If you have been set up for access via your organisation's IP range, you will be automatically logged in to the Informit home page screen. If you wish to change your IP range contact our Technical Support Team.
Access by Username and Password:
If your account has not been allocated an IP address, you will be sent to the Informit interface Login screen. Enter your username and password in the login boxes provided and click on LOGIN.
Access by Referring URL or Embedded Username and Password:
If you wish to access Informit via a Referring URL or Embedded Username and Password, please read the Informit FAQ's.
Accessing Informit Admin:
Informit Admin allows nominated staff members from your organisation to change preferences for the Informit interface. Access is via Username, Password and a PIN Code.
Informit Admin also shows current subscriptions (with expiry dates), and provides access to Statistics.
