Informit Admin
All institutional subscribers are provided with access to Informit Admin – an administration account to help manage all your Informit databases from one place. Use Informit Admin to:
- » View IP ranges and referring URLs assigned
- » View all subscriptions and expiry dates
- » Download MARC records
- » Download usage statistics reports
- » Edit password or PIN code
- » Set Pay per View options

Customize your display and linking preferences
- » Change display name – add your organisation or library name to be displayed on the Informit interface to remind users that access to Informit is provided thanks to the library
- » Select a logout URL – choose where to direct users when they leave the Informit interface
- » Control display preferences – determine the number of records shown on the search results screen
- » Determine session timeout setting – help avoid idle sessions from blocking new user access
Usage reports
RMIT Publishing offers the following COUNTER compliant reports (from January 2005 onwards) via Informit Admin: Journal Report 1 (JR1), Database Report 1 (DB1), Database Report 2 (DB3) and Database Report 3 (DB3)
